How is he trying to profit? She wrote a book that she is selling - for profit. This is not that.

AI and the lies are So scary and eye opening. I finished the book and I’ll tell you though I know it’s causing you angst it was not nasty. My parents divorced when I was 5 and yikes. Even 30 years later they were still taking barbs until my Mom passed in 2000. I have so much love and admiration for you both for doing the work. I’m sure there might be uncomfortable situations but your 5 kids and now grandchild will gain so much from relationships with you both. I was glad to read the chapter absolving sweet Tina of all blame. You 2 were clearly done.

It makes me teary eyed thinking of your sacrifices to heal 💙

None of my articles are monetized. No profit whatsoever. However, I do believe responding appropriately when misinformation is released is the right thing to do.

The point of his response is with the advent of AI it will become harder and harder to know what is truth. He gives examples of facts that are being reported that are wrong. He has said Jen has right to tell her story. He has a right to correct it especially when Tina had nothing to do with the marriage ending.

It’s the timing. He had several years to share “his side.” It’s oddly specific timing to start pumping out “articles” right before/during her book launch.

If he wanted to have a different story written that involved him, he should have behaved differently.

It’s called responding. Sex sells. The book is reportedly less than 5% about him and 95% about Jen, her behavior, choices, and learnings. That 95% isn’t headline worthy and best seller material. If it was it would be plastered.

It’s interesting that you can’t see the difference in a book that requires editing, printing, publishing, etc.. to a substack article. Girl, for real?

I saw that Tina was called "Kelly" and just had to laugh. I am happy for you & Tina, and Jen and her new journey, and your beautiful children. "This too shall pass"....
